Surveys

Our surveyor, Jeremy Taylor qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1987, having obtained a degree in surveying. The range of work regularly undertaken includes building surveys, Homebuyer reports, party wall awards, and supervision of works for our property management department.

Jeremy has obtained additional SAVA accreditation (Surveyors And Valuers Accreditation) and is currently in the process of qualifying as a Home Inspector and will be able to prepare Home Condition Reports for attachment to Home Information Packs. This is part of the government's comprehensive overhaul of the Home Buying process, scheduled for introduction in 2007.

Jeremy also advises both landlords and tenants with regard to lease extensions and enfranchisement.
