More and more flat owners are now buying the freeholds of the blocks they live in, and we understand the complexities of running a service charge account for the block, and also the residents management company. With the need to collect service charge payments from lessees, and dealing with and paying suppliers, some clients never realised how much work is involved. We can handle all this for you.
Our lettings department can assist first time landlords in letting their property, and offer a seamless transition to managing the property and collecting the rent. All payments to clients are made by secure BACS transfers (unless otherwise requested), and regular statements of income and expenditure are provided.
