We work closely with a number of local solicitors to ensure the best possible outcome for any given situation.
We welcome appointments under the Party Wall Act 1996 to ensure that the proposals fully comply with the legislation. Where work is proposed on or adjacent to the party wall, Notice is required to be served on adjacent owners. We can carry out valuations of properties for a wide range of purposes, including probate valuations for estates. W can also advise both landlords and tenants on a wide range of commercial lease matters, including Schedules of Condition before entering into a lease, Schedules of Dilapidations at the end of a lease, or Licence for Alterations, Rental Valuations, etc. during the lease.
