Wenlock and Taylor have managed the HMO Lettings side of Brondesbury Baptist Church for over 20 years. In our opinion they are the best. In all the years they’ve looked after us there’s never been a problem they can’t solve or help with. We feel safe and reassured and know that we are in good hands. We deal with Darren and Nicole but the whole team are professional and provide excellent customer service. We are very grateful to have them as our managing agents.

I recently bought my house through Wenlock and Taylor. I would highly recommend them and only have good things to say. It’s a family business and I felt I could trust them. Peter and Nicole were excellent throughout the whole process. Highly responsive but also genuine and honest - a rare combination.
We have had an excellent experience with Wenlock and Taylor as renters, they have been so reasonable and accommodating throughout our move in. They are easy to communicate with, quick to respond, professional and helpful.
We were looking for a flat in Kensal Rise and after not having our offer accepted on the first flat we saw, Nicole showed us another flat before it went live on the market as she had kept us in mind for dog friendly flats with a garden in the area. This was hugely appreciated, as was Nicole’s assistance in viewing the flat and ensuring everything was in good condition before we moved in. Best experience with an estate agent we have had - I would hugely recommend working with Nicole if you can!
