With ever increasing demand for rented accommodation in the London area, our lettings department is expanding rapidly. We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). We are also members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for Regulated Agents (TDSRA) in readiness for the provisions of the Housing Act 2004 which will regulate the holding of tenants’ deposits from July 2006. Our lettings manager, Darren Scrivens recently passed the ARLA competency test with a distinction, a demonstration of our commitment to a professional service.
