Property Management

Our property management department is headed by Tim Taylor FNAEA, who has been managing property since 1988. We look after a variety of different types of property from lock-up garages to commercial premises and blocks of flats. Working closely with the lettings department, we also offer property management solutions for clients letting residential properties, and use ARLA approved tenancy agreements. Regular accounting to clients is both accurate and prompt using advanced client accounting computer software.
