Sold my property in Kensal Green, it was really nice to deal with an agency who are not pushy or aggresive or confused but just calm, measured & logical in the handling of my sale. This is the total opposite of my experience with most agents in London and was very refreshing. In addition, the office/shop front on Chamberlayne Rd. does not look like a try hard sci-fi spaceship but is honest and without the usual estate agent bs - just like the company within. In my view this traditional appearance/style actually attracts more customers and potential buyers as I don't think people like the extra nonsense seen at other agencies.
